WHAT ARE PEER ADVISORY GROUPS

1. We bring together the greatest business minds and high-profile CEOs – with a strategic focus on behavioral healthcare and those organizations exclusively focused on the market. Each group consists of a maximum of twelve Chief Executive Officers and Chief Medical Officers where each discusses opportunities and challenges in the new healthcare economy and share strategies, offer advice and reveal what's working (and what's not working) in their businesses four times each year in luxuriant settings. 

2. We discuss and learn how to nurture business partnerships and joint ventures that work and allow the participant CEOs & CMOs a formula for partnering success. These encompass partnering with local health systems, hospitals, physicians, labs, pharmacy’s, software and technology solution vendors and managed care organizations. 

3. We create a support group of senior executives that nurtures relationships and assistive action plans, deal with challenges and fosters an attitude where “no brother or sister is ever left behind”.

4. We create a much-needed peer accountability group that holds each of its members accountable to achieving their highest station in their business and in life.

5. The industry needs innovation – these groups will have the leading minds in the industry – people that think outside the box (or have gotten rid of the box altogether) – this group will leverage their collective innovative thinking to better the industry.
